ICAR-ATARI, Jodhpur is located at 26°14'33.8"N 73°00'23.4"E in the campus of Central Arid Zone Research Institute (CAZRI), Jodhpur. It is well connected by rail, road and air. The distance of institute is 8 km from Jodhpur Railway Station (google map), 10 km from Bus Stand and 12 km from Jodhpur Airport. Anybody can reach the institute by two gates of ICAR-CAZRI.

The main gate is situated near to Shastri Circle which is 4 km far from the ICAR-ATARI.

The second gate is very near to Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Jodhpur (Behind AIIMS, Jodhpur) towards the Basni side which is 500 meters far away from main road.
